Purpose & what we collect
We collect only your name, email, and optionally your phone, company, and message — solely to respond to your enquiry and, where you ask for it, to arrange an assessment or proposal. We do not use these details for anything else.
Consent & where it goes
Your submission is sent over an encrypted connection to our customer relationship management system, hosted on our behalf by Salesforce, where it can be read only by XenTegra Canada staff. It is not shared with any other third party. You provide consent by ticking the box before sending, and you can withdraw it at any time by emailing us.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information at any time by contacting us. We act on verified requests within a reasonable period, as required under PIPEDA and applicable provincial privacy legislation.

Cookies & analytics
This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. Our brand film is streamed by Mux, which collects playback-performance data (such as buffering and resolution) to deliver video reliably, without cookies. Pages and images are served by Vercel and Sanity, whose servers keep standard technical logs, such as IP address and browser type, to deliver the site securely.

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0 Level AA, the standard set by Ontario's Integrated Accessibility Standards Regulation under the AODA.
